Education Director
The applicant for Education Director must demonstrate comprehensive experience and understanding of all aspects of religious school management together with the working knowledge of Jewish religious, educational and cultural issues. The Education Director will be a strategic partner to the clergy, staff and volunteer leadership to ensure that the congregation’s principles, mission, values and vision are incorporated into all aspects of the educational programs. Youth Advisor
The Or Tzion Youth Department is seeking a part-time USY Youth Advisor whose overall responsibilities will be to help coordinate and supervise all three of our youth programs while serving as a positive role model in Jewish identity building. This position requires an average of approximately 20 hours of work per month (some months may be more and others less) and runs from August through June each year. RGRS Subs Needed
The Roz Goodell Religious School at Or Tzion is looking to fill our substitute roster. Subs are needed Wednesdays 4-6pm (3rd-7th grade) and Sundays 9-11:30 (K-6th grade). If you are available and interested, please contact Sharon Landay:

Clergy Administrative Assistant
Congregation Or Tzion is looking for a Clergy Administrative Assistant to support all aspects of the clergy in their roles with the congregation. The professional must be organized, able to handle rapidly changing situations, trustworthy, build relationships with clergy, staff, congregants and community, and be an effective communicator. Knowledge and understanding of Jewish practices and Hebrew will be beneficial. The person who serves in this role will act as a liaison between the clergy, congregation, and community; will manage the clergy’s daily schedules; coordinate all lifecycle events; help organize ritual services; work with staff, leadership, and congregants to assist with the overall functioning of the synagogue, including Religious School, Communication, Programming, and Community Engagement. Tech Support
Or Tzion is looking to grow its Technical Support Team to help manage Livestream and Zoom for Shabbat & Holiday Services. Training will be provided. Teens may be paid or earn volunteer hours as they are assisting those that are unable to attend in person to participate online.
